Nowadays, Mobile phone plays a vital role but one should keep in mind before using mobile phones. The mobile user must be healthy, should not use the mobile phone in stress.
And another thing is the mobile should be healthy (which means proper care needed)

• The first and foremost is don't use the mobile during the more stressful time because this may affect your health more and more and also more stress creates you to throw the mobile to the wall and it may lead to damage your mobile afterward you will feel "Nomophobia" which means a person addicted with mobile he can't be work with day to day life without mobile phones, and

• The second thing is don't fight with the internet during poor Internet connection, by fighting you will not get anything from the Internet.

• The third one is used should be in a good environment especially room temperature is the best place to use convenient

 

• And the final thing is beware of spy cams don't use the mobile phones in Latrine and Bathroom. In today's approximately 8 members using mobile phones in Latrine out of 10 peoples and 1 member will drop the mobile phone in the loo out of every 10 peoples

• Don't use mobile when you are charging it will produce heat and it leads to affect your mobile performance.

• Don't use your mobile phone during bedtime without eye comfort mode, because blue color rays from the mobile it enters into your eye and affects your vision so using eye comfort is good

• Don't minimize many files in your mobile
• Don't use your mobile in private places like hospitals, flight, schools, petrol bunk, etc..,
• Don't connect with unwanted WiFi for freely they will hijack your account.
