List of amazing shortcuts used in computer
Shortcut no 1 : Windows + D
Everyone knows that for refreshing your computer during opening your system is important, for that most of the people just typing F5 button , I am suggest to use both F4 keys and also Windows + D button for refreshing your system , And Windows + D also used for Minimize your pages
Shortcut no 2 : Alt + Tab
Alt + Tab is used to switch the screen , If you opened more than 2 screens in your systems it can be easily switching screen from one to next by using this shortcuts
Shortcut no 3 : Ctrl + run = osk
If some keys of your keyboard are not working means, you can use keyboard using mouse, to use this shortcuts just press Ctrl + R ( which means run) type "osk" in the search bar and enter, keyboard will opens
Shortcut no 4 : Left Alt + Left Shift + Num Lock
This shortcut is used for Mouse option . If in your desktop, mouse is not available or not working means just press this shortcuts and one beep sound may comes, these mouse option can be used by the number in the left side part ,while pressing 2,4,6,8 - it works as a navigation part and 5 for click option 1,3,7,9- are used for moving top left or top right or bottom left or bottom right, this is default option it can be changed on your wish , note : This will not be available in Laptop (mouse pad is inbuilt in it)
Shortcut no 5: Ctrl + T ( New Tab in google)
When your using chrome browser , to switch for new tab just press this shortcut. when you are not using mouse this will be used.
Shortcut no 6: Ctrl + S ( Save your Document File )
Whenever you are working in Microsoft office , Notepad , Paint and others, this shortcut is important key , because you should save every words when you are typing else it leads to lost your document
Shortcut no 7: Screen Shot ( Snipping Tool and Prnt scr )
To take screenshot most of the users are using Prnt scr button and pasting into the paint and saving the article it takes time. So , my choice is use "snipping tool" to get into this just press windows key and search snipping tool and click it , now click new button and select the required area to capture as a screenshot.
Shortcut no 8: Windows + L ( Locked screen )
When you are working under privacy or confidential portion, if you want to move for some more time (latrine), at the time just press this key it will lock the laptop screen.
Shortcut no 9: Windows + F ( Search files)
For searching files in your laptop just type directly this shortcut key
Shortcut no 10: Windows + I ( Open search settings)
This shortcut is used to open the search settings such as Control panel, personalization, PC info, help.
Shortcut no 11: Windows + Q ( watch every apps in same display )
Its very cool trick just type this shortcut key, and you may see all the applications which are available in your system
Shortcut no 12: Ctrl + Esc ( Windows )
This key which is similar to windows button , both shows the same thing, if your windows button is not working means use this trick
Shortcut no 13: Ctrl + Shift + Esc ( Open Task Manager )
This is very important shortcut everyone should know, how your system is running . After clicking this shortcut key wait for 3-5 secs it will load and display
Shortcut no 14: Windows + M ( Minimize all windows )
In our system there are three icons present in the title bar of top right side of users. (-) this button will minimizes the window
Shortcut no 15: Windows + P ( Presentation display mode )
This is very useful for professional to switch to other desktop screens . Sometimes it may show different video card or reinstalling the driver so, act based upon that
Shortcut no 16: Windows + U - Open Ease of Access Center
This is not so much important , i don't know whether it will useful for you or not, try it once if it is helps you means use it.
Shortcut no 17: Windows + X - Quick Link Menu
This shortcut may not knows many people, it is used to view the system menu easily
Shortcut no 18: Windows + Number (1 to 0) - shortcut to move into your taskbar
Many of the users doesn't knows this shortcuts , just see below taskbar by pressing windows + any number, taskbar applications will opens automatically if you press windows + 2 - 2nd application will opens.. same as for all applications in taskbar.
