giving some suggestions to rectify your addiction problems and clearing
all types of your addiction.

the secretion of dopamine hormone,
This dopamine hormone and
neurotransmitters make you do the work for your to feel comfortable. And

Absolutely addiction also occurs on the basis of foods. Most of the
Alcohol and Junk foods make you get addiction easily, it happens taste
by addiction even if it is not for good health you will eat the foods
like chat items, maida based products, etc.
Does Addiction Occur by work and stress?
Absolutely
addiction also occurs by work, using mobile phones too. Now, your
question is how it's possible for example: when you are losing money in
betting game or in your business or in any scammers, for relaxing from
this you choose the way masturbating instead of good sleep or patience
Now
coming to the conclusion, dopamine is the main reason for all the above
addiction, but dopamine is not bad for health it is very important in

How to overcome addiction:
Step 1: Taking Challenge
The
first and foremost step is deciding yourself, that is I want to
overcome this addiction with strong thought in yourself. For this, you
need self-confidence in yourself. Every life is deciding from our
confidence only.
Step 2: Patience
Don't use too much anything.
Try to avoid and remove your consumption time, and reduce your time day
by day spending with that addiction.
Step 3: Avoid the reasons for addictions
Don't
tell, because of love failure, business loss, and my wife's deaths,
etc., and a lot of the reasons are there that's why you got addicted, I
told one thing, humans can easily overcome anything but this can happen
only with strong hearts. And another thing I want to mention here is
“Everything we should overcome that is life, so don't blame others
for your reasons, and there is a path for you to get into success and
for bright future, so overcome in all and everything”
Step 4: Try to Form a Community
Forming
a Community is a very important one to escape from addictions. Strong
community pledges you to get more support and taking a vow to avoid
these addictions.
Step 5: Go with Experts
Ask Doctors or Psychological experts, and get ideas from them.
Step 6: Environment
If
you're addicted based on the environment try to get a new environment,
the new environment makes you get a beautiful life and too colorful to
fly like a butterfly.
Step 7: Restarting addictions after 5 days
If
you are going good at avoiding addictions for continuous 4 days and the
5th day you come back again to addictions means don't discourage
yourself. For this you need to do is just inform the community with open
talk that means, I have addicted once again, so I am restarting from
the first. Don't think that you are failed to full fill the challenges,
“ Every success, there may be many failures.” It's not failed, it is
called learning.
Step 8: Facing issues at the time
When you
are leaving alcohol for 4 days, and you may feel uncomfortable at the
time like nervousness, alone feel, and fear. At the time you should be
mentally strong that I want to complete challenges to be the best person
in our community.
Step 9: Exercise
Going to Gym, Meditation,
and Yoga, these are the things that will help you a lot to free from
addictions. If when you feel some thoughts about addiction just make 10
sit-ups or push-ups at the time.
Step 10: Try to make a schedule
Keep your schedule very tight to your time, and don't be alone when you are free to spend your time with family or friends.

should follow the above steps then only you can overcome this and don't
use any other drugs to avoid addiction it will make you a lot of side
effects and will not make any changes in your body. Just go for
